Death Metal Grandma NFT Collection

The "Death Metal Grandma NFT Collection" is a tribute to Inge Ginsberg. She was a Holocaust survivor, helped American spies during WWII, wrote songs for the biggest stars in Hollywood and started a heavy metal band at 93, and, incredibly, survived Covid in April 2020. She passed away in July 2021 and would have been 100 this January 27.

Her band, Inge & the TritoneKings, had major TV appearances and made the front page in newspapers in all continents. Their documentary was shown in the NYTimes, the Atlantic, and over 40 film festivals, winning a prize in Cannes.

The Nazis said that their Third Reich would last 1000 years. It didn’t. But she lived to 99. Now she will live forever in the blockchain. There is no tribute more fitting for such an inspiring and modern woman. It's poetic justice.

This carbon neutral collection is launched in partnership with United Voices 4 Peace and the  Manhattan Camerata, two non-profit organizations that continue promoting her legacy.
