A CryptoOvum acts as a token which, when held in combination with at least one [CryptoSpunk](https://opensea.io/collection/cryptospunks), entitles the owner to reserve a single [SpawnedPunk](https://opensea.io/collection/spawnedpunks).

Each CryptoSpunk can only fertilise a CryptoOvum once.

Only 6 CryptoOvums exist.

Only 100 SpawnedPunks will exist.

Each time a CryptoOvum is resold, the new owner will be entitled to reserve a single SpawnedPunk, providing:

1. They also own at least one CryptoSpunk in their collection
2. At least one of their CryptoSpunks has not fertilised a CryptoOvum

Once all CryptoSpunks have produced a SpawnedPunk, the purchase of CryptoOvums will cease to produce SpawnedPunks.
