I wasn’t always loud.
I wasn’t always bold.
In fact, I couldn’t speak a single word until I was nearly 7 years old.
As a neurodivergent child growing up with a speech delay, I spent years trapped behind silence. People misunderstood me, overlooked me, or tried to “fix” me. But deep inside, I wasn’t broken.
I was just waiting to roar.
Born Primitive is more than a collection — it’s my life in paint and pixels. It’s how I learned to turn adversity into art. Struggle into sound. Isolation into imagination.
When life knocks you down,
You don’t whisper back.
You stand up — and you roar.
This project is the sound of that roar — visualized, digitized, and immortalized. The lion and lioness? They’re not just symbols.
They’re versions of me:
One that fought for his voice.
And one that learned silence could be power, too.
The roar in this drop? It’s my actual voice. The first time I’ve ever put it into art — a sound I once didn’t have, now turned into legacy.
