Waverly's 13enign Welcome is a collection of 13 (1/1) originally paired photographs taken at one of the most haunted establishments in the United States: The Waverly Hills Sanitarium, located in Louisville, Kentucky. The sanitarium opened its doors to well over 400+ tuberculous patients on October 17th, 1926. Although it is no longer an active hospital for the living, it is still considered one of the most "active" buildings in the US for paranormal spirits. 

On October 2nd, 2021 I embarked on my own personal overnight stay inside the wallowing walls of Waverly Hills. And these are the 13 photographs that depicted my journey..

Some folks choose to see things in black & white, while others focus solely on colors. My goal is to challenge you to see the beauty of life from both ends of the spectrum. This is Chapter 1 of my "Nothing is Ever As It Seems" collection.
