Poetry Society of New York hosts generative poetry workshop with Ana Maria Caballero

Artist and digital poetry champion Ana Maria Caballero is hosting a virtual workshop entitled “Poetry Beyond The Page.” Organized in partnership with the Poetry Society of New York, the event invites poets to create works that transcend the physical page and mix poetry with digital media. 

Caballero, who co-founded theVERSEverse with AI-collaborative poet Sasha Stiles and conceptual crypto writer & artist Kalen Iwamoto, featured her poem “Cord” as part of Sotheby’s online auction of Bitcoin Ordinals inscriptions called Natively Digital.

Claynosaurz is a finalist for the Collision Choice Awards

Claynosaurz, an NFT collection of 10,000 animated dinosaurs, has been named a finalist for the Collision Choice Awards. The recognition honors the web3 project’s innovation in animation and design, and has them competing against notable companies like Pixar and Disney. 

Privy launches cross-app wallets

Privy, a UX-focused wallet company, has rolled out cross-app crypto wallets in order to help improve interoperability. The wallets allow users to carry their history and digital items across different apps.

OpenSea is among the company’s initial integrations, along with popular platforms like Zora and Base.

Worldwide Webb transitions to Soulbound

Web3 game Worldwide Webb has announced a rebrand to Soulbound, along with a revamped website, new gaming features and a new chapter called “The New Era of Arcadia.”

Players can expect to see new landscapes and skills to test out, including the ability to forage and mix components at a newly added chemistry table. 

Additionally, the game now includes an automated market maker (AMM) for swapping resources, along with raids, group challenges and upgraded skins.

9dcc’s first piece designed for women 

9dcc, gmoney’s tech-enabled luxury clothing line, dropped its first product designed specifically for women, the Essential Tank, featuring a rubberized 9dcc logo on the chest.

The tank is available in two colors, white and black. While the white tank sold out instantly at the brand’s recent pop-up event in New York City, it is still available for purchase in black on the website. 

Fvckrender opening a physical gallery 

Digital artist Fvckrender is opening a physical gallery this October. His announcement states the location will “create an elevated experience” that he will use to “educate people about digital art.” 

In addition, the gallery will operate as a physical showroom for Fvckrender’s pieces. In May 2024, the artist had his work displayed on the Sphere, a futuristic concert venue in Las Vegas.
