Good Vibes Club is a high-end art focused IP created by award-winning animation studio Toast, in partnership with SuperRare. Our mission is to spread the best VIBES in Web3 through content that makes you feel good. The highest quality and most curated 3D PFP collection ever is just the beginning.

Many PFP collections use quick generative methods. Traits are layered on transparent backgrounds, and the result often lacks depth (eg little shadows and no GI bounce). For GVC, it wasn’t just about creating another collection — it was about raising the bar for what’s possible in digital art — bringing the same level of attention to detail of a 1:1 at larger scale.
In-camera rendering captures the nuances that make 3D beautiful. It means that the same trait will look different depending on the other traits around it due to lighting, reflections, and GI bounce. For example, if there's a glass bubble trait that reflects a red skin tone in one output, that same trait in a blue skin tone will look different. It's those small details that make each trait feel extremely cohesive within each export.
To do this with a generative collection is much more challenging. It required GVC to build a fully custom pipeline to create GVC with our our developers, where trait pairing and rendering all takes place in our 3D software. This has been in development for over 3 years.
We started by hand-sculpting the base shapes for every trait. This includes hairs, body, clothes, accessories, etc. This took months of work to ensure each one was balanced, functional, and visually appealing.
Once the base geometry for our trait set was in place, we did another pass at leveling up everything across the board. This includes adding 100+ hand drawn textures mapped to our 3D traits, new materials, pins, patches, and other intricate details.
Over 25 thousand of generative test images rendered. Every trait has its own fully custom pairing rule set. This intense systematic creation process ensures that only the absolute best possible combinations occur.
When creating a largescale IP, how GVC approached maintaining cohesion and uniqueness at scale is what’s really the meat and potatoes. For the Genesis collection, every NFT has at least 2-3 different traits. They ran several generative testing batches to refine trait combinations and color pairings before rendering final outputs. Creating custom hand drawn patterns to map to our 3D objects was a labor of love.
