Prince Rogers Nelson, “Prince”, (June 7, 1958 – April 21, 2016) was not only an American singer-songwriter, but also a multi-instrumentalist, record producer, and actor. Prince was known for his wide vocal range and recognized for his flamboyant, androgynous persona. At the young age of 19 years old, Prince signed a recording contract with Warner Bros. Records and went on to pioneer the Minneapolis sound. His music also incorporated a wide variety of styles such as funk, R&B, Rock, and so many more. The music icon has won countless awards over his lifetime but most importantly was nominated for 38 Grammy Awards, of which he won a grand total of 7.

The underlying card can only be sold according to the following terms:

1. The payment of 1,000 ETH

2. Via a 30-day smart contract auction (or then current technological equivalent) beginning on October 5, 2120 at 12:00 noon Eastern Time.

IMPORTANT: This is an Heirloom Fraxional. The underlying asset is set with an intentionally high strike price and an auction date set far into the future. This is done because the asset and/or its fraxionals are historically significant as firsts of their kind on the blockchain and the objective is to keep them on chain for generations unless a high strike price is achieved.

LEGAL & COMPLIANCE NOTICE:

Fraxionals are exempt from US securities registration. Future fraxionalized asset value is not dependent on actions of the project, the asset custodian or any other third parties beyond asset care and custodianship. The terms of any future sale of the underlying asset is set and known to all parties at the time of fraxionalization and can't be amended. Fraxional NFT owners do not vote and even a future majority owner cannot change the fraxionalization terms. Fraxionals are community shared collectibles with pre-set exit terms, not investments.

The custodian of the Fraxionals smart contract and underlying assets is Blokpax, LLC, a South Carolina Limited Liability Company. Blokpax will insure the assets for current fair market value as updated annually and maintain asset safe keeping. All assets held in custodianship are subject to an annual audit.

Within 30 days of an underlying fraxionalized asset sale, the custodian will provide a mechanism for disbursement of the net proceeds (pro-rata to the crypto wallets holding the applicable fraxional NFTs) and removing the fraxionals NFTs from circulation or otherwise changing meta-data to reflect the underlying asset has been sold.
