A stupendous win by Mark on stage 4. A great circuit for him, he is so economical in the peloton. This is one of the files that really shows just how economical he is. The Average watts for the stage are low. You'll be surprised how low. His normalized power average is low as well. Why is that important you ask? Cycling is a game of "saving" energy during the race, so that you have more energy than your competitors in the finish. Mark is the best in the world at doing this and he was ready to go in the finish. The last 4minutes average speed was 35.2mph! His sprint as usual was impeccable.
