This Jamaican inspired experiment fermented using the K1-v1116 wine yeast. During Fermentation, the fermentation was infected with bacteria cultivated using Aged Dunder. Once fermented, the still was filled and thumpers charged with heads and tails of previous runs. Distillation took place on May 16, 2014.
