The project is the outcome from an article and investigation called 'Copying the right to use', examining the possibility of producing a pictorial / photographic representation of the famous statue of H. C. Andersen The Little Mermaid made by Edvard Eriksen (1876-1959) without interfering with the protected copyright rules.
