The rustic kingdom of Knobnot is covered in large swathes of temperate deciduous forest, river bottoms, foothills, and rocky bluffs along the coasts. It is often referred to by Nester Park Rangers as a "Camper's Paradise." When pressed to explain further, most will tell you it's due to the relative safety of its wild land areas with few large predators, more fair weather than foul, lots of clean water sources, and overall less treacherous terrain. Many folks like to take their first fledgling camp trips here with friends and family because they feel much less concerned about running into giant carnivores and dangerous stuff. If you do make it down this way, be sure to check out the 'Bluff Bottoms Nature Preserve' (pictured here) for some of the best Glo-Trout fishing spots in all of Nester.
