I'm Rasmy Raghavan from Kerala, India. I was fascinated by the art of painting since my childhood. While I was doing M.Phil in literature, I wanted to research in an area related to art and I stumbled upon graphic fiction and found an aesthetical blend of both. As I progressed with my thesis I avidly realised, its art that gives me life. Later I started working at Kochi Muziris Biennale where I came across artists from all over the world, and the conversations with them lit in me a new sense of aesthetics and philosophy. I understood visibly what aesthetics has to do with art and life, my practice took new perspective. I’m still in a quest to find a new visual language. My works were shown in some group and virtual shows. Now working with Dial Sky, a group of independent artists. Rumbling Colours is a collection of 12 Oil Finger Paintings. Once the whole collection is sold out, I'll pick one collector to whom the physical painting will be shipped(collector spares the shipping cost)
