Video loop of my original portrait of Hunter S. Thompson, American journalist, author and father of gonzo literature. The portrait is styled from a section of text from his seminal 1971 novel "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas: A Savage Journey to the Heart of the American Dream".

Artist 6AMCRISIS - otherwise known as Vincent Carrozza - immerses himself in his pop culture artistic influences, such as books, movies, television, science and art, while occasionally creating unique artwork for clients, collectors or his personal satisfaction.
Vincent has exhibited in group shows at Gallery 1988 and Bottleneck Gallery, been published in books celebrating the horror movie classic "The Thing," and "The Big Lebowski", created a sold out Limited Edition print for MovieStop, had work selected for use in movie and television productions and is currently creating a series of Modern Pop Culture Saints.
His stylistic influences range from the Old Masters, Ex Libris/Bookplate artists, sci-fi and fantasy artists such as Bruce Pennington, Frank Frazetta and Michael Whelan and the iconic movie poster artists of old school Hollywood.
