TransPrions can cause disease by triggering normally healthy proteins in the brain to fold abnormally. The prion mode of action is very different as they are simply proteins, devoid of any genetic material. Once mis-folded, it converts correctly-folded proteins into the disease-associated form.
The collection consists of 111 distinctive NFT bacteria on the Etherium Blockchain.
This project aims to increase the awareness of the existence of viruses in the crypto-world and offer solutions for handling with them.
Each bacterium belongs to a different class of Cryptoscopix - MetaVirus, CryptoFungi, TransPrions, CyberProtozoa, NanoAlgae, HyperArchaea.
The accumulated funds will be used to finance the creation and maintenance of a hospital in the Metaverse.
