Seattle based photographer Karen Mason Blair built lasting friendships and was lucky enough to capture images of her music “family” – from Alice in Chains’ first session for Rolling Stone; to Pearl Jam’s first concert, Nirvana wearing Santa hats on "In Utero", Soundgarden’s first session with bassist Ben. “We were all having the time of our lives” Karen explains.
