This shot was taken on a family trip to the beach. My sister had just found out she got a job pretty far from home, so we all had a family day. It was bittersweet but I was thankful that my sister got the job, I was thankful for the weather and now I am thankful for this shot. I never thought too much about this photo, but it was specifically requested to be sold as a NFT and for that I will forever be thankful. I am not only thankful for the photo but the collector as well. Thank you for believing in me and my art.

This wave was caught at sunset in Padre Island. The film used was Kodak Portra 800, and it was captured on a Nikkonos III. The film was developed, scanned and edited by me.
