The original painting was made back in 1994, acrylic on canvas. I was berated for having my head in the clouds by my parents and siblings as I was moving and creating art within the music world, but although I got a real job as an Art Director in the advertising world which over the years has really influenced my art - mostly in terms of typography and pop art, I continued to learn painting. At this time of my life, I was known in the London club community as 'Emma-G', hence the signature, but the eye face logo has been something I have been using since I was just 16 or 17 and created a range of tshirts with that design which we sold for charity. Launching this piece into the NFT world is very monumental for me in terms of having a new family of universal support in this loving space. Thank you so much xoxo
