In 1951, Nando leaves Italy for Paris, France, where the mentality was more open to accept Nando’s new expression of art, in black and white, which will evolve into colour in the late 70s. Indeed, Nando’s paintings are stimulated now by the passion of drawing full body forms of nude women, with voluptuous breasts, thighs and hair-dos, elegant thin, long hands, with majestic eyes catching your first attention to the painting.
