The purchaser hereby acknowledges and agrees to the following terms andconditions in purchasing the Work (as defined below):

By purchasing this NFT art (the “Work”), the purchaser shall obtain theownership of the Work, but no copyright, trademark right, or any otherintellectual property right shall be transferred to the purchaser and Loie shall retain such rights.

Accordingly, for instance, (i) providing the images of the Work (such as itsscreenshots) to others beyond the scope of home use, or (ii) using them forcommercial purposes (e.g., using them for products such as bags, T-shirts, orsmart phone cases, publishing them in books, or posting them on e-commercesites or corporate websites) shall fall under the infringement of the saidintellectual property rights and thus be prohibited.

Using the Work by modifying or editing its images shall also fall under theinfringement of the said intellectual property rights and shall thus be prohibited.

If the purchaser, its transferee or any other third party incurs any damage orloss in connection with the purchase or sale of the Work arising from any causewhatsoever, in no event shall the Author be liable for such damage or loss.
