This fractal was created in 1984 with a self made program in Basic and a Commodore 64. After hours of calculation, a the picture was displayed and a diapo was taken. Years later, the diapo was scanned and saved as a JPG file. Years later, the collection of fractals files was transformed in NFT art for sale.
At that time of creation, fractals were only known by mathematicians following Mandelbrot's work. Our exhibition “Grey Point Fractalism” at the Unit Pitt Gallery in Vancouver was one of the first to display fractals as contemporary art.
