A Bulgaria-based Ponzi scheme founded by Ruja Ignatova and Sebastian Greenwood. 98+ people were prosecuted (Ignatova is still on the run, but her brother, Konstantin, has been arrested and plead guilty). The scam brought in an alleged $4 billion, worldwide.
