Gummo Land is a collection of original Polaroid photos inspired by strange art and cult classic films. The series explores and celebrates the awkward, weird, and uncomfortable. It highlights the unpolished and unapologetic. The project is a journey towards personal and creative freedom, a journey that pushed the bounds of my own comfort zone, forcing me to create with no apologies. In doing so I promote a movement that encourages others to dismantle personal and creative barriers with the goal of achieving total freedom. We all live on the fringe of social norms in one way or another. In acknowledging this we move towards a world of acceptance and inclusion.
I am curating a selection of 50 1/1 NFTs for this genesis project. It will also be promoted through art shows and galleries to support the collection and onboard collectors to the NFT space.
