My favourite time of year to visit Lake Louise is in January during the Ice Magic Festival. There is something magical about having an ice castle on a frozen lake and enjoying a hot chocolate. Of the afternoon teas that I’ve tried, Chateau Lake Louise is by far the best, bar none. The actual food is excellent, but the ambiance with those beautiful giant lake view windows is amazing.
