1,111 smileys. it all began as "iisopleths" ~ the predecessor to Kaoforms. a palette of heatwave-inspired gradients, dynamic ~ ever-moving, with aggressive pixelated line strokes and brushes attacking the calm, landscape-inspired colours as a powerful opposition. it was an algorithm rather than a static picture. later on, The Machine experimented with kaos, adding different types of typeforms and symbols, until it stumbled on the current ଘ(੭ˊᵕˋ)੭. the upright portrait compositions changed into profile-picture squares with the smiley attached, merging both generative art and smiley-like PFPs into one form. the smiley is cut into every piece, and it became the symbol of the platform.
the colour field runs beneath it, completing a cycle in six seconds on one piece and ninety on another, rolled from the hash like everything else.
