tangled 2021

series two of my diaspora vapor collection. these works are based on the colours of cambridge in spring and summer. following my previous series, diaspora vapor (2020), these studies on canvas and paper were a way for me to explore higher saturation of colour during the intense summer months in cambridge after moving home from the welsh coast. using pencil, pen, ink and paint I aim to create a space you can follow and travel through. These pieces are colour studies of my current works in progress diaspora vapor (series two) and tangled I and II.
