This experimental bottle was apart of the testing of the safspirit yeast. This malt yeast fermented in a blend of half blackstrap and half baking grade molasses. Distillation took place on September 6, 2015. After a 3 month resting period in glass, the spirit was exposed to aged French Oak for 1 month. Bottled at 40% ABV.
