Septapod are quite common in the shallow reefs around the Aqua Isles. They burrow into the fine sand, emerging mostly at night to scavenge marine carrion and algae. They are famously delicious with garlic butter, though they are increasingly popular as pets. They aren't particularly intelligent, but they can learn to recognize their trainer and even beg for scraps and learn simple tricks.
