Imagine your life as a theater scene, with the performers on stage representing the various parts you play on a daily basis: you are your parents' kid, perhaps also a parent, a lover, an employee, a member of the society you live in, and so on.

You spend your life changing roles and getting better at them, but who is watching from the backstage? Is it you? Is it a version of you that you never knew?

"The Weight of Consciousness" investigates this subject by telling a visual music story about a humanoid figure who represents the actual you, the one observing behind the curtains.

He has been carrying the actor on its back for all of its life, shackled to it until the voyage is almost complete, and as it struggles to gather its strength, it realizes that the chains were cut a long time ago, and it might have been free of its mortal body, destiny, and life before it was too late.
