In the Gulf of Mexico there is a party going on, the invasive Lionfish has gatecrashed the bay. It has no natural predators and does not belong in the waters there. To show how much of a fish out of water the Lionfish is down there, Sam Shennan created this surreal artwork. #4 of 13

Sam Shennan is an Australian all-surface illustrator working in Belgium. He creates playful artwork to enhance any physical or virtual space. The original artwork was painted in a hotel in Singapore and his Antwerp studio after travels to Mexico and USA in 2016.
