This 2013 photo taken on the legendary Takashita Street in Harajuku district of Shibuya, in Tokyo Japan was one of the defining moments in my career as a street photographer. It was included in my 2017 book "Don't Go Outside." The subtle confidence and effortless cool projected by the subject has served as inspiration for me and my work in all the years since.
