A large bagel with an even, light brown shell. Toppings on one side, standard, with good density. Pleasing irregularity of the shape, moderate-sized central hole. Very strong salt to topping ratio, present visually and with each bite. A doughy chew without much direction. Hits many checkboxes but does nothing exceptional.
