“Lose Control” imagines two beings from the planet Cryptonia, who arrive from the future and land on the Ile of Saint Louis, in Paris, France in the year 2021. They ask themselves many questions about the reality in which they have landed.
This series of songs was written for a show currently in creation by LaMichael Leonard and Crystal Petit around the theme of “community.” The music is also featured in the triptych, VILLAGE.
Lyrics Do you see the forest or do you see the trees? What is life, what is love, what is hate and the purpose of community? I spent a thousand years Hiding my inner soul Never Did I think that I’d love to lose control
Credits : Crystal Petit - Singer, songwriter, music arrangements
Cover art by Crystal Petit. It’s a reworked, abstract photo collage of the time period between January and December 2021, with photos detailing the history of the creation of the show.
Featured music to be used for personal, non-commercial use only.
