This artwork is my absolute favourite artwork for a couple of years already. It is based on a photograph I took in my studio with a professional ballet dancer and photomodel. The photoshoot was amazing and kickstarted my love for creating art with dancers.

My last name is Roos which is Dutch for rose hense the use of red rose petals in the image giving it a slight surreal touch.

An artwork with high contrasts and a feature for the color red definitely results in a typical artwork with my style very noticeable.

The art started out as a photo on which I did digital overpainting. The rose petals are a couple of photo's also overpainted. The colors where chosen so they would fit my livingroom furniture which has some colonial dark reddisch brown tones in it.

As you can see this is a very special artwork for me and I may never be able to let go of even this NFT but I do want to show it to the world.

The owner of this NFT is allowed to create and sell prints but keep in mind that I myself will also sell prints of this artwork so you will have some competition!
