GRIMM's first release after taking a hiatus of fall 2021 while working on other endeavors-- and is a rare first glimpse at the next steps in the evolution of GRIMM's experimental work. IMPERFECTIONs serves as an homage to the great KEITH HARING, one of GRIMM's greatest inspirations, and works through the concepts regarding perfection and self love, in regards to the current state of work that is able to be done on a near mechanical level. This collection is about claiming the raw, true nature of creation, and serves to show the possibilities when an artist simply allows and works with the paint strokes as they have been gifted to the canvas. Every work in IMPERFECTION started with an emotion, two colors, and a single line or shape. Through these imperfectly perfect creations, GRIMM has once again learned the value of inner truth that comes with vulnerable work. GRIMM takes after HARING in sharing love, light, and peace with other souls as much as humanly possible. NAMASTE.
