Petr Davydtchenko is a Russian artist born in Arzamas 16 - a closed military bunker in Russia. In 2017, he commited to living life on the run, dedicating his work to the cultivation of road kill as sustenance.

At the onset of the corona virus, he instituted Perforan, a research project centered on his own research consuming a live bat, for which he has been persecuted for and censored by social media giants like YouTube and Vimeo. The artist's latest project at the BP22 Museum is making use of a newly minted NFT as a means of supporting his actions against big-Pharma.

Davydtchenko's work has been featured in international publications, most recently Decrypt, the Art Newspaper and the Brussels Times.
