This collection is a visual diary of 100 acrylic paintings that express our many human emotions. Rhythm was a main focus in this body of work. There is a lot of rhythm in a face and I like to find it and bring it to life in a bold, colorful way. Each brush stroke that was applied has meaning behind it, whether it was laid down carefully and consciously, or done quickly and confidently, trusting in the subconscious mind.
