I always asked myself how far can I take my brain. Before opening my eyes in the morning, in the half-awake half-asleep twilight state, my mind generates creative solutions, dream-like imagery and symbolism. My unconscious mind layers permanently store all of my memories, behaviors, emotions, and really everything that I have learned and experienced in my life. It is an immense source of emotions and creativity that I can bring out through meditation. I am able to have these creative insights by getting fully immersed while I'm creating letting the conscious mind to take a backseat, allowing the super-creative deep mind to surface.
