With their circular and intricate forms, the fractal bodies lead to criticism by objecting to impulsive and morbid thought. This objection and criticism, which you can examine in the #HalfWoman project text, is inspired by a photomodel’s motto to disturb. Fractal bodies have the potential to become the icons of this objection and some others. They express and represent the objection and criticism without the need for any verbal expression. Then, each one of them, with their form and circularity, can represent a different objection and be the symbolic representation of different objections…

Each photograph in the Fractal Bodies series symbolizes objection in its circular, cyclic and sometimes chaotic form within itself. Each achieves its own aesthetic integrity with half a body part. This approach and the aesthetic integrity achieved reveal the fallacy of the #HalfWoman rhetoric we are discussing.
