Her Mother, the Queen, would give the PR1NC3SS anything, yet spat at the idea of giving to the townsfolk. So the PR1NC3SS would sneak out of the Castle, disguised in a white mask, and distribute the Queen's gold to the poor. Assuming a thief was stealing from the Queen, one night the disguised PR1NC3SS was caught, dragged to the square and hung. Despite her cries, the executioner refused to remove her mask. It was not until her body hung cold and stiff that the mistake was realised... yet far too late.
