Athabasca falls in the Ice-field Parkway in Canada BC a truely magnificent place. This had been on my waterfall hunt list for 3 years before I even moved to Canada, thinking about the moments before I actually got to witness its beauty was worth all the build up. Watching the water run down the unique cracks in the rock and hearing the power of the water was humbling.

To think all the water we will ever have on the earth is already here, which means the water of these falls may have been connected at some time in the past or may be some time in the future. There's something magical and hypnotising about waterfalls. It's my goal in life to find the most majestic ones and I spend a lot of time researching and planning my trips around this.
