I have spent Ramadan in a few different countries from Canada, Arabia, all the way to Japan. Even though we share similar beliefs and sentiments, the way it’s practiced is diverse and beautiful. In a lot of ways we are the same and yet so different, the Ummah. Muslims from different ethnicities, cultures, ages, schools of thought all bring their own unique take on the month.
