Istanbul is Bosphorus. Istanbul couldn't be Istanbul without Bosphorus. I always loved walking along the Bosphorus on both sides. I took this photo on the Asian side of Istanbul on an extremely hot summer day.

Istanbul is a unique and inspirational city for many artists, writers and photographers. Ara Guler, Bruno Barbey, Nikos Economopoulos, Alex Webb, and many other photographers.
This city that connects two continents is a love-hate paradox for most Istanbulites. For me, it's part of my soul. I've been living far from Istanbul for the last few years. It's not possible to share all of the photos and memories but these are when I think of Istanbul to come to my mind.
