This collection by Forma Rosa Studio is part of The Architecture of Virtual Space, an exhibition of immersive conceptual architecture, in The Unbuilt Gallery of Architecture.

As introverts, meditation is a state of mind we know very well. A place where we find respite, calm and healing.

We wanted to create this space for meditation as a place to look inwards. Our studio focuses on the juxtaposition of Nature and Technology, and with this space, similar to our product designs, we intended to bring this meditation on Nature into the home. This meditation becomes an introspection into our own place in the world, while finding peace knowing where we came from.

The space features a massive oculus that comes from above and is mirrored below, an interruption of the space, where natural light, trees and plants can emerge. Instead of looking out to nature in the surroundings, we look inward to the focus of the space.
