These ladies swim every day in Oxfordshire . Their friendships have been bonded though bounding into freezing cold water during the pandemic. This bracing daily ritual has an amazing positive effect on their mental health, body confidence is improved and they feel empowered. Each woman has a different story as to why they swim, each one feels that swimming in cold water has helped them through difficult times during the pandemic. Their sense of freedom, liberation and joy is so powerful.
