After being adopted at 3 months old, I flew across the World from Seoul, Korea, ending up in New Jersey where I lived most of my life. I've always wanted to visit Cali & it was a dream to possibly visit one day. At the age of 27, I moved to Philly with some friends which started my photo journey. One day I received a call from a friend in LA who was planning to move back to NJ & asked if I wanted to tag along. Without hesitation I said yes, and flew into LAX. Our first stop was the all mighty Yosemite & as we're driving through tunnel view, I was in complete awe. That moment changed my life, perspective on what I wanted to do & where I wanted to be. 2 1/2 years later, I pulled the ultimate "YOLO" decision and moved across country, ending up in the Bay Area. Even with working full time, we travelled somewhere every weekend for 20 weeks in a row, in which most of these photos were taken.
