This VR space shows a simplified 3D jet fighter in a half-open box. As the object is not fully visible due to the viewpoint of the visitor, 2D projections of the object are drawn on the walls and floor of the box, defining the position of the object. In the souterrain a framed 2D representation of the jet fighters, a 'painting' is shown.

This artwork deals with the main paradigm in the history of painting: representing 3D immersive sceneries in the world around us in a 2D frame. In contrast with the common photorealistic visual language in games and metaverse platforms, this composition is purely abstract and not decorated.
