I've returned to a daily meditation practice after a long absence. It's amazing how much of ourselves and the world around us we can miss if we keep our eyes open all the time. There are infinite depths to explore within ourselves and the world around us that can only be seen by taking a moment away from our frantic lives to be a human being rather than a human doing.
