In this artwork, we observe what it seems like two gigantic humanoid-rabbits looking around. One of them, accompanies the other rabbit in the back. The rabbit who leads, holds the levitating eye which observes everything through the night, however, it's also the same eye the one that brings the light in the dark. Eyes are considered the window to the soul, they are the only way to truthfully know what someone is thinking or feeling, right? As for the title, I like languages, there's really not any other reason lol.
