We were in the middle of a pandemic doing our best to create any sort of day to day normalcy. We, my husband, brother, and brother's girlfriend, collectively decided to pack up our things and head north to Portland for a month of adventure. I took this picture about two weeks into our trip off the coast of Oregon. Every time I look at it, I am instantly transported to this moment in time where we all were unclear what would happen next in the world, but grateful for each other.
