Watch the Watchers. The third image from my Cannes Series brings us back to Promenade de la Croisette. I noticed this elderly gentleman sitting reading his paper facing the sea...a young man next to him earphones on lost within his phone. Struck by the juxtaposition of the two generations consuming their information differently on the same bench, I composed my frame. A Lady In Red approached, both generations decided to look up simultaneously and watch her stroll by. Standing just a few feet away, I brought the camera up to my eye, a single moment captured on my Leica, the light frozen in time on CineStill Film...and now minted on the blockchain.
